“Words Matter” and “Unseen Labor” Exhibitions

During the 2023-24 school year, the Fresno State Library Special Collections Research Center hosted two cataloging exhibitions, “Words Matter” and “Unseen Labor.” The following provides an overview of the exhibitions and the associated activities. 

"Words Matter! The Inclusive Cataloging Movement Takes Flight" (SCRC Exhibition), August 28, 2023-May 17, 2024. 

“Unseen Labor: An International Library Community-Organizing Embroidery Project and Exhibit about Metadata, Our Stories and Our Service” (Traveling exhibition), August 28, 2023- May 17, 2024.
