Computer and Media Labs Overview
The Library provides over 150 computer workstations for access to the Library catalog, the Internet, and a range of Microsoft Office applications. These include some specialized workstations with various graphics, multimedia and GIS software. All are connected to the campus Pay-for-Print service.

- Check-out requirement: Fresno State student, staff or faculty login (campus username and password)
- Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Endnote, Camtasia, iLife, Mathematica, Read & Write Gold, Snagit, VLC Media Player, Wolfram CDF Player, SPSS, JMP Pro, Google Earth Pro.

- Software: Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection, Mudbox, Maya, Final Cut Pro, Google Sketchup, GarageBand, Microsoft Office Suite, Endnote, Camtasia, iLife, Komodo 8.5, Read & Write Gold, Snagit, VLC Media Player, Real Flow Learning Edition, ToonBoom Animie Pro, Zbrush 4r6, Apple Motion, Corel Painter, Bamboo Dock.

- Check-out requirement: Open to anyone
- Software: Internet access, but read-only versions of Microsoft Office programs (no word-processing)
Computer Access for Guests
- Computers available for guest use are located on the first floor west of the printing assistance desk.
- Community users can request a guest pass by going to the Circulation Desk and presenting a current/valid Driver’s License or another form of government issued ID.
- Community users will be limited to 2 hours of computer use per day.
- Community users may only have one active guest pass at a time. If guest pass information is lost, please see the Circulation staff.

Four types of Analog Converting Stations
- VHS to digital file converter
- VHS to DVD-R converter
- LP to CD-R (Audio/Music only) converter
- Audio cassette to CD-R converter
- Ask at the Music and Media desk, 3rd floor, north wing
- Check-out requirement: Open to anyone, however users must check in at the desk
- Software will convert analog formats (VHS, audio cassette or LP) to digital format
- Patrons are responsible for complying with copyright laws

- Check-out requirement: Do not require a login
- Usage: View, print, and save images from microform (microfilm, microfiche and microprint)
Restricted to microform use only.

- Usage: Allow access to the library catalog only
- Location: near Printing Assistance desk on 1st floor, North
- Usage: Send print jobs to the Pay for Print system from your campus email, Canvas, or USB device
