The Fresno State Library Graduating Student Selections honors the essential contributions student assistants make to the library during their time at Fresno State. Their hard work and dedication make this library a better place for learning and reflection. The largest employer of students on campus, the library could not function without their work. Employed throughout the building, students help patrons check out books and navigate library collections, digitize and describe resources, make the library a safe and comfortable space, and provide excellent service in all the units of the library.
Upon graduation, library student assistants may select a book that is meaningful to them. A digital bookplate is added to the title in the library catalog in their honor. Even long after graduation, students will be able to search their name and find their bookplate, a reminder of their time in the library and as a Fresno State Bulldog.
