Faculty may place personal copies of books and media on course reserves to provide students with short-term access to these materials in the Library.
The E-Reserves service provides students with electronic copies of course materials. Fair use and copyright law guide our ability to include e-books, journal and newspaper articles, book chapters, and other materials that conform to the fair use provisions.
Contact your subject librarian to request library instruction, research consultations, or to answer any questions regarding our services, collections, or policies.
Information Literacy Instruction
Faculty can work with librarians to design and deliver tailored information literacy instruction sessions that teach students critical research skills and effective use of academic databases. Librarians can also assist in creating course-specific research guides and embedding information literacy outcomes within course syllabi and assignments.
